So grateful to Jim & John who came to the house. The lady on the phone listened, asked a few questions about the clean out pipe and yard. Drains had been working all day then did a load of laundry in the evening and suddenly everything is backing up. We made a few calls around immediately the next morning when it was obvious we couldn't clear it ourselves. American came to the house a few hours later, friendly, helpful, didn't just do the job but took the time to review out septic maintenance practices so they could get a good idea of how it may be flowing, or not, and why. Got the clog cleared and came in considerably less $ than I expected to pay. Definitely will call them again, just hopefully not too soon. Thank You!

This company is 5+ stars! After getting very poor service from our previous septic service company, AOS came out and repaired and cleaned our system. 4 guys spent most of the day repairing, pumping, cleaning and camera all lines to make sure we were not going to have troubles down the line. They all were very friendly and hard working. Cleaned up after themselves and explained the workings of our very complicated septic system.The office was very customer service centered and called back and completed the estimate for repairs right away. Love that they are local and honest with what needed to be done to get our system back on track. Thank you Matt and team for all your expertise and hard work last week. I really appreciate the time spent explaining all that was done and how the system works.

If anyone ever needs septic system help these are the people to call. We had a recent septic emergency. A company we had used before pumped the tank. Within 3 days tank was full again. The "X" company we had used to pump tank told us drain field needed replaced, an 8K-16K expense.A friend suggested we call Dave at American On Site to get a second opinion. What a different story, he confirmed that our drain fields were fine and within a short time had men out that cleared the blockage to drain field and did a simple repair on septic tank. Total bill was extremely reasonable. I never do reviews, but for Dave I needed to take the time as he kept us from emptying our bank account for repairs not needed.
